Not at all satisfied with the current service. Numerous trips/appointments to the property and the problem is still NOT SOLVED! The constant stream of paperwork/reports repeating the same thing is very frustrating and to say the least annoying, The repairs should be done by done; I have no idea WHEN the tech leave....nothing is signed to account for the time and dates they are here.....needed by the owners.

We have been working on the solution to our sprinkler problem quite sometime......to date it still has not been resolved. I've been flooded with emails....that are must to extensive....and still no solution to the problem the company was hired to do.

It is locked and need advanced notice to make sure the person who has the key can be there when we show up for the inspection to be able to let us in.
